Grimsley expanded the company to three locations in Kentucky and North Carolina. Grimsley's Jewelry specializes in fine jewelry, including bridal sets, engagement rings, class rings, and custom-made jewelry. Additionally, offering various costume and silver designer lines, such as Davinci and Forever in My Heart.
In 2020, Grimsley's Jewelry evolved from a traditional brick-and-mortar store to a more personalized service, offering customers discounted 'outlet' pricing.
