If the merchandise you purchased is found to be of defective material or workmanship, we would like to know about it. You may be eligible to return the items for a refund. To return your purchase, kindly send the product to us by mail at your own expense. We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. If you choose not to purchase insurance, you will be responsible for any damages that may occur during shipment. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation indicating that the package was received at our location.
To ensure that the product arrives at our location in good condition, please pack your returns in the original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials. Thank you for your cooperation.
